How to ship your order?

The orders are packed and shipped by multi sellers in different packages,Sellers would provide free shipping ,or fixed cost shipping fee, or accept local pick up.Please check the shipping information of each product which would include the shipping area and shipping method.If your order different products,they would be separated to ship by different sellers.

 How long does an order take to arrive once shipped?

All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. Typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. The typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 5-15 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during our busy season as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further postal delays. Tracking information, including the carriers, are provided with every order.  Will I receive a tracking number for my package?

 Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as Sellers are able to ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or customs inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Are there any hidden customs fees or import taxes?

 All prices on our webpage are displayed in USD without all taxes covered on our end. Depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be abandoned or returned to Tailgoods as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at info@tailgoods.com to make arrangements for reshipment.

Canceled Orders

Sellers make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify customer service to cancel orders before 02:00 PM (PST) on the same day the order was placed by contacting info@tailgoods.com. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.(Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be modified or canceled.)

 The shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather, and so on, which is hard to control. This is what we are working on all the time to make it better and improved.

We will send you an email when your order has shipped, and you can review your order and shipping information and processing on your account if you have registered.
