We are a wholesale platform,that means order value is often higher than other online retails.The buyers have 5 days to check the products after delivery.You can send us your require and any evidences about the products which are not as description, For example quantity, condition, function, package and so on.We will forward your dispute to the seller and assist both parties in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution, such as returns, refunds, partial refunds, compensation for shipping, and other possible solutions. However, if the seller cannot provide valid reasons and evidence, the platform, in order to protect the seller's interests, does not support baseless return and refund requests.

It's important to note that any disputes must be raised within 5 days of receiving the goods. After this period, the platform assumes the product is without issues and complies with the buyer's requirements, resulting in automatic order closure.

Repeatedly making unjustified and unsubstantiated return and refund requests.
